CredooFy

Three plans. One of them is free.

Billing goes through Shopify, so it appears on your Shopify invoice and you cancel it the same way you cancel anything else.

Free

$0 / forever

Collect and show reviews with photos, forever. No lifetime cap and no card.

  • Unlimited reviews, with photos
  • Reviews widget, snippets, trust badge, star rating, collection and cart ratings, and the all-reviews page
  • Import from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo, REVIEWS.io and Stamped
  • Moderation: approve, hide with a reason, reply, feature, pin
  • Shopify’s rating metafields, so collection and cart ratings work
  • Full export, with the original files
  • Takes your theme’s colours

Not on this plan

  • No review request emails — collecting is manual
  • No video reviews
  • No carousel, video slider, floating tab or pop-up
  • No Google rich snippets

Pro

$6.99 / month

Asking for reviews, video, every widget, and AI replies. $69.90 a year is the same thing with two months free. 14-day trial.

  • Everything in Free, plus:
  • 2,500 review requests a month — about 1,389 orders
  • Automatic reminders, up to two per request
  • Video reviews, collected and shown
  • Reviews carousel, video slider, floating tab and pop-up
  • Google rich snippets — star ratings in search results
  • AI-drafted replies using your own provider key
  • Discount codes offered in exchange for a review
  • Read-only API with your own keys

Enterprise

$299 / month

For stores whose order volume runs past the Pro cap. $2,990 a year is two months free.

  • Everything in Pro, plus:
  • Unlimited review requests — no monthly cap
  • Priority support
No overage, ever. There is no usage line item on either plan. Running out of allowance stops sending; it never produces a larger bill. A surprise invoice is the single most common complaint about review apps, and the simplest way not to cause one is to make it impossible.

For comparison

What the rest of the category charges.

First paid tier and free-plan ceiling, as listed on the Shopify App Store in October 2026. Prices change; check before you decide anything on them.

First paid tier and free plan of seven Shopify review apps
App Free plan First paid tier What the paid tier adds
CredooFy Unlimited reviews with photos, 7 widgets, no email $6.99 2,500 requests, reminders, video, all 11 widgets, rich snippets, AI replies, API
Judge.me Unlimited reviews, photos and video $15 AI, 16 widgets, auto-reminders, coupons, CSS
Loox 500 orders, 17+ widgets, no video $49.99 Video, AI, referrals, API, 300 orders + $50 per 300
Yotpo 50 orders a month $15 Photo and video, rich snippets, carousel
Okendo 50 orders a month $19 200 orders — the same features
Stamped None $23 200 orders
Fera None (60-day trial) $9 100 requests, 200 orders, 100 MB media

Across twenty-one apps surveyed, the median first paid tier is $14, and the free plans cluster hard at fifty orders a month. Video is the most common thing behind the first paywall.

Why it costs what it costs

The number has a reason behind it.

Three rules decided it, and they are worth stating because they also explain what will not change later.

Nothing is gated that costs nothing to serve

The only part of this app with a cost per unit is sending email: every review request is a message somebody is billed for. So that is the thing free does not get at all, which is what lets the free plan stay generous everywhere else — unlimited reviews, unlimited photos, seven widgets, no card and no lifetime cap.

Photos live in your own Shopify Files, not ours. AI replies run on your own provider key, billed to you by your provider. Video and the four display widgets behind Pro are not there because they cost us money; they are there because they are worth money.

The cap moves with the price

One review request sends up to three emails — the ask plus two reminders. 2,500 requests is set where a merchant who uses every one of them is still profitable at $6.99 on the more expensive of the two sending providers worth using. Raising the price without raising the cap is always safe; lowering it without lowering the cap is not.

The free tier is an allowance, not a countdown

500 requests resets every thirty days. A shop that stays small stays free forever. A cumulative lifetime cap is the trap, not the pricing.

Questions

What happens when I run out of requests?

Sending stops until the cycle resets. Nothing else changes — reviews keep coming in from anyone who visits your store, every widget keeps working, and you are not billed anything extra.

What happens to my reviews if I downgrade or uninstall?

On the free plan you keep every review, every widget and a full export including the original photo and video files. If you uninstall, your data is deleted on Shopify's schedule — export first if you want a copy.

Do I need my own AI account?

Yes, and that is deliberate. AI replies run on your key with the provider you choose, so you see the real cost and we are not marking it up. It drafts replies to reviews. It never writes a review.

Is a verified badge real?

It is shown when the reviewer's order can actually be matched — either because they came from a review request we sent for a fulfilled order, or because they are signed in and the purchase checks out. Where the source does not record it, an imported review does not get one.

Can I hide a bad review?

You can hide any review, and you are asked to pick a reason. The rating is never used to decide whether a review is published, and the app's public disclosure page says so to your shoppers.

How do I pay?

Through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice, and you cancel it from the app's plan page or from Shopify.
